Current planning applications for June 2021

A feature of the Hollingbourne village website is a monthly list of local planning applications being considered by Hollingbourne Parish Council. The list is supplied by Maidstone Borough Council who make the planning decisions. Hollingbourne Parish Council only advises on planning matters and can be overruled by Maidstone.

All the new planning applications will be discussed at the next Council Meeting, on Monday June 14th via video link for any public attendees due to Covid-19.

This month’s applications are attached including the controversial highly contested housing at Windmill Lane (21/502921/SUB ) proposed works at Alpine Garage, Ashford Road (21/503152/NMAMD) conversion/extensions including a garden Annexe building at Hantesa Pilgrims Way ME17 1UT (21/502962/FULL) a new dwelling at Parkmill House, Ashford Road (21/502397/FULL) and a holiday let at Brooms Hall, Broad Street Hill, Hucking (21/502818/FULL)

They also include the resubmission of last months refused conversion of garage to form a self contained holiday let at Elm Cottage on Eyhorne Street .ref: 21/501761/FULL

Individual Planning Applications may be viewed on line by entering the reference number (19/503??? etc) at the Maidstone Planning Portal at https://pa.midkent.gov.uk/online-applications/
