Emergency Contact Telephone Numbers – Speaking to the right person

At some point or another we all need to contact an emergency service, but sometimes it is difficult to know who is best to deal with our telephone call. 

On occasions 999 is not the most direct service to call if we have an emergency, and PCSO Shivon De Rose has kindly shared the information below, which is very useful for all of us.
