Fusion Maidstone – a hub of activity

Fusion Maidstone, is a health and wellbeing charity based in Parkwood.

Fusion is a healthy living center that offers various services and social support; such as Slow Cooking classes, social groups and NHS One You services to the local community and the wider Maidstone area.  Fusion works with the community to help reduce health inequalities by offering the residents life enhancing opportunities through Education, Health initiatives and Social activities.   Founded on the principle of social prescribing in 2003, Fusion has been a registered charity since 2006.

Fusion runs a group called Crafty Kids, and it will be held on the first Monday of the month.  The next group will be held on November the 7th at 3:30pm to 4:30pm.

It is £1 per child. For 5-11 year old’s.  Parents must accompany children.

This month’s theme is Bonfire Night and we will be creating collages and chocolate sparklers.

A sandwich meal deal is on offer too, for those that would like it.

Crafty Kids Fusion Maidstone

Groups for adults include health and fitness, bingo, knitting and craft, armchair aerobics amongst many other activities, which is a great way to meet people and make friends.
